Beck & Tinkham Renovation

Our clients purchased a lake front home to share with family and friends. One of the many period homes circa 1920-1930 by architects Beck & Tinkham, the house had many architectural details, however the kitchen and pantry were sorely outdated. The home purchase included furniture needing fresh reupholstery to fit into this client’s desires for their main living areas. A new kitchen was planned in keeping with the architectural details this couple loved including a custom range hood to fit their massive stove. A wall between the kitchen and dining area was removed to open and enlarge the space.
