About Vintage House Design
Vintage House Design Inc., formerly Village House Interior Design was created in 1992 in a small village in central New Hampshire by its owner, Maria P. Perron who, through her studies and interaction with the public, discovered the need for education regarding the profession of interior design. Maria discovered that due to misleading trade magazines and some programs hosted by HGTV, clients were oftentimes confused, not fully understanding the benefits design could bring to their lives and how true design was not only cost effective, but enhanced lives. Based on that philosophy, every project is given an in-depth review, educating and enlightening clients about the possibilities that could be achieved. Over the years, the company grew exponentially in scope to include the specialty of interior spatial planning, “renovation by design”, offering quality products and services for a complete design experience with results that oftentimes exceed expectations.

Maria is a professional member of ASID, American Society of Interior Designers and is certified by NCIDQ, National Council for Interior Design Qualification. Focusing on the human aspect of interiors and getting to know clients on a personal level are the trademarks that have built Vintage House Design into a respected design company. Williams Restoration and Construction Company
We work with Williams Restoration and Construction Company almost exclusively as our "crew" on renovation projects. Adrian Williams has an extensive background in both commercial and residential restoration projects and is of the same high-quality, fastidious, totally dedicated mindset as Maria, working well together as a team.
